At CONNEXION your privacy and security is very important to us. 
This Privacy Notice details our privacy and data practices on the CONNEXION application (the “CX App”), which is owned and operated by Brandcore LLC, and we can be contacted at the contact information below. 

Collection and Use of Information 
No information related to your use of app-compatible products is collected from you if you don’t install and use the app. We collect and use information for the purposes identified below. 

Pairing compatible products with the Connexion app 
To access and use certain app-compatible CONNEXION product features, the CONNEXION app must be installed on an iOS or Android enabled device and paired with a compatible product. To connect to your partner through the CONNEXION, we will ask for their username. 

Using the app 
As with many applications, certain limited data is required for the CONNEXION app to function on your device. This data includes the type of device hardware and operating system, unique device identifier, IP address, language settings, and the date and time the CONNEXION app accesses our servers.  We also use certain information to facilitate the exchange of messages between you and your partner, and to enable you to adjust vibration controls. 

Anonymous App Data
The CONNEXION app does not collect any personal analytical data or usage data from you. 

How We Use Your Email Address: 
After you have signed up to the CONNEXION app, we will store your email address in order to verify and secure your account, and allow you to log in. We will not share your email with any other companies or individuals, or use it for any other purposes. Once you have provided us with your email address, we will send you a link with instructions to activate your account. However, should you not verify your account within 24 hours, the link will become invalid and we will delete your account information (including username and email address). 

Data security 
To use certain product features, the CONNEXION app must be installed on an iOS or Android-enabled device, and paired with a compatible product. Certain data is required for the CONNEXION app to function on your device, including: the type of operating system and device hardware, IP address, unique device identifier and language settings. The app also uses service providers and certain information to facilitate the exchange of messages when using the CONNEXION app’s Chat feature. 

Brandcore LLC. will never collect information relating to your use of compatible products via the CONNEXION app, nor will we sell or share information relating to your use with third parties. 

Updates to the Privacy Notice 
We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes to our privacy and data practices. You should check this notice occasionally to ensure you are familiar with those changes. If the changes made to the Privacy Notice are material, we will also post a notice on the CONNEXION app prior to the effective date of the change.
